Is there a "Data Saver" on ICS? Trying not to d/l updates when not on Wifi

On gingerbread, I turned on Data Saver, and was confident nothing would be downloaded while using my 1GB of data. But now with .230, I can't find such an option. Sorry for the noob-ish question, but thought this would be the easiest way to get an answer. (Genuine noob question, not trolling. thanks!)

Go into the play store, hit the menu button, settings. Option right in there to download over wifi only.

There is also the built in "Smart Action" app. You can create rules that could do many different things. Basically you have one or more items that triggers one or more actions. A sample rule for example is to have triggers such as "Timeframe = time of night" & "Display = Off" & "Charging = not charging". If all of those triggers happen then it will execute the action you want such as "Background sync" = disable" and/or even "Cellular data = disable".

There are many triggers and actions choices to choose from.
