Is there a password blocker?

Is there an app that blocks or disables the password function on a Droid? Not just a screen locker, but something that totally disables the password lock system? I could use my company email via an exchange server, but they seem to force users to set up a long, cumbesome password on their devices. I hate anything that slows down access to the phone.

Does anyone know of any app that would do this? Or, do you know of any work-arounds to bypass the password system?
