I am wondering if there is a ustream app out there for droid?

Try Qik

Qik.com supports the Droid. Personally, I like them better than Ustream because it is so much more user friendly and the quality is better. Ustream seems like it's more for brands.

I haven't tried out Ustream on Android yet, but I do have Qik. Qik works great, so it might be worth checking out if you don't necessarily need Ustream specifically.
