Is there a way to organize files that need to be on the root of the SD Card?

What I mean is I have a growing collection of roms themes and kernels that all need to be in the "root" of the SD card, so I cannot organize them with folders like you would most things. Any suggestions or apps for this? If this should be in another forum please move.

If you are running clockwork recovery, then you can throw them into any folder set up you choose, and then just use the install from zip. You can do the same with spr, and just move it to the root when you need to flash it. This is what I like to do with all my Sapphire files.
