Is there an app to resize images?

Does anyone know of an app that let's you resize images on your phone? And maybe edit them? Nothing to fancy like photoshop, just maybe change color effect but mostly resizing images. TIA.

The Android Photoshop app is awesome...but doesn't re-size images. Which is the one thing I wanted it to do =(

It will crop, but not re-size.

Android Photoshop sucks. Picsay Pro is the goods.

I tried the picsay pro but it still does not resize to 960x854, it does 960x720 and then when I expand the orange box, it does NOT even allow me to go all the way out... uuughh I don't want to have to do this on the computer!
