Issue with apps?

Hi...first post. Hopefully someone here can help me.

I have an htc incredible that has been locking up and freezing - to the point where I can only pull the battery. I have done a factory reset and system update. He phone is not hacked. Here is the important info...maybe someone will notice a problem.

Synced programs-
Gmail ( contacts, calendar, gmail)
Aol with droid mail
Facebook
Htc weather
Backp assistance

Have a memory card that as images and music only

Installed apps (don't know if this is considered a lot or not, but I do use them all)
