Issue With Auto Root

Ok, so I did the auto root last night and this morning I was going to flash Das bamf 2.0, but forgot to put the PG05IMG on the SD card and I had already wiped everything. So I did a factory reset and started over. The root didn't work at first, so I restarted again after the upgrade. Now I have no idea what to do. ROM manager seems to be working perfectly now, did a full backup and reboot, successfully did "fix permissions" and rebooted. Everything seems fine, but when I go into root checker and do an advanced root check it says...

Detailed Results:
Congratulations! You have root access!

Standard su binary location:
/system/bin/su:No such file or directory

Alternate su binary location:
/sbin/su: Permission denied

Root user id:
uid=0(root)

Root group id:
gid=0(root)

I don't understand. Do I have root, or not? I really want some gingerbread and Netflix in my life :(

If ROM manager works correctly, make no mistake, you have root access. Titanium Backup, will also confirm root access.
