issue with scrolling wallpaper

this is hard for me to explain, but I hope you will be able to understand what my issue is. i would like for my wallpaper to be scrollable on the home screen (not just fixed). my previous droid pro allowed this so I was hoping it is possible on the s3 also. however, when I try to set it to do this, it only allows me to crop a skinny vertical area of the wallpaper and therefore, when I scroll, the sides of my screen are black.

i have tried to show this in the attached screen caps.

btw, I am running go launcher but that should not be an issue.

It's disabled on the S3 for whatever reason however if you grab srcolling wallpaper from the App store it will allow you to scroll with a pic from your gallery or one of their selections. I downloaded Ocean HD and it's works well .
