Issue with UD after wipe.

I did a TIBU backup and wiped data/cache in recovery mode because my phone started getting very sluggish.

When I did my TIBU restore, some apps were not there (car home, sirius/xm, tweetdeck, C2P, wired and wireless tether...to name a few)

Now, I cannot install them from the market or from UD settings.

Whats up?

Does Titanium say installed when you restore them from there?

After I wipe,I have to reinstall TIBU, but it stays installed once I restore all apps + data
