Issue

Alright guys, I'm only asking because everyone here is knowledgeable about tech in general even though I understand iPhones aren't related. So anyways, I was trying to help a co-worker get her phone working. She has two phones, both iPhones, I just took the SIM out of one and popped it in the other, made a call and it worked. Ten minutes later no data and it wouldn't work. Switched the SIM back and now neither phone works. Any ideas? I feel terrible for screwing up my co-workers phone. I have done plenty of SIM switches exactly like this and never had issues before.

May be a bad sim. They're free at your cell provider. Try that. Unlikely you screwed the phone up with a sim swap
