Issues since last update

There was an update recently and I have had many issues since then. First my phone will reset itself from time to time. Also it is also much slower than before. When using the bluetooth the phone can be so slow that it will take minuets to charge screens. I have reset it by removing the battery over night. It also seems to get very hot at times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

When I first installed the new update for Gingerbread, I had the exact problems. I was about to SBF back to Frayo but I decided to root the phone to see if that would help. I found the MotorolaOneClickRoot_psouza4 file and used it to root my phone. Everything works fine now.
