Issues with slideit text purchase

Ok here is my problem... I tried the slideit app for Droid liked it it was ok. Deff better than default keyboard or swiftkey IMO. I go to purchase the pro version and I am getting crap through my bank and credit card about the purchase being declined because its out of the country. Has anyone else has this problem ? And what can I do to get this app ???
