isyncr creates duolicate playlists

When I sync my Raxr Maxx to itunes on my PC i get duplicate playlists on the droid (actually they are not exact duplicates because each contains different numbers of songs - I assume they are old and new versions of the same playlist). Any idea what I am doing wrong?
