Follow up! I have been using the wireless charging tab for 3 weeks and it charges just as fast as the plug that came with it as long as you are using a fast wireless charging pad. One strange thing I noticed about charging with plugs is that the Note 7 USB-C plug charges faster then the plug that came with the Pixel XL.

Hey Preach, isn't this where a lot of people run into problems, by using the charging cable that's for a completely different device?
Have you noticed any issues in terms of excessive heat while charging your Pixel XL with the Note 7 charger?
Obviously it shouldn't matter as long as the wattage & volts are compatible between the two chargers.... just wondering if you noticed any additional warmth to the device while charging.
