So my Incredible, which I've greatly enjoyed, used to connect to my Dell laptop just fine. I got ambitious over the weekend and formatted my laptop and reinstalled everything. I must be missing something, because now when I plug my Incredible into the USB port, it charges, but the laptop doesn't recognize it. I don't get the notification icon on the phone, no menu to set connection, and I can't open the storage on the phone from the computer. My phone is still set to connect as a disk drive, and to show the connect menu. Obviously I've missed a driver or something, but I can't figure out what it might be. I'd be eternally grateful for any ideas. Thanks!
