Juice Defender - Need e-mail to go through

I know this has been talked about to death but I have 1 quick question. I need my email, calls and texts to go through all the time, I dont really care about anything else. What's the best customized setting I can use? I'm using juice defender Ultimate. Thanks!

Triggers screen, apps - enable and configure the apps that will continue after the screen shuts off. You may want to try the schedules screen and adjust the frequency and duration to suit your needs first.
