Just Got The Bionic

I absolutely love my Bionic. I've had it since release day and haven't been able to stop playing with it yet. I'm syncing everything I can with it. I use the HD dock to watch Netflix, I have AirSync (just 10 cents today in the marketplace!!) which I used to sync my iTunes with it so I have music to listen to in the car. Even though the Motorola Car Finder is promoted to work with just the RAZR, it works flawlessly with the Bionic and I use that when parking my car in huge parking lots. The GPS signal picks up almost instantaneously, which is awesome for my Open Caching app. I have some IP cameras linked to my Bionic so I can keep tabs on my house and pets when I'm not there. And I recently picked up the AR.Drone which is awesome to play with and a joy to use with my Bionic's large screen with excellent sunlight viewing.

It's a remote controlled helicopter toy that can be controlled with an Android device. It's got a camera so you get its view from your cell phone screen. It's an awesome toy to mess with your pets.

I have a bionic as well. It is rooted and stripped of all that annoying bloatware. It is incrddibly fast and the average amount of ram available is 520. I couldn't be happier!

Im running the stock moto rom. Not overclocked or anything. I kind of like it compared to the previous motoblur. Or atleast for another couple days when I find a ROM I really like. You got any suggestions?

Ah a good ol' fashion thread, none of this update news/complaints nonsense going around.
I love the way my Bionic is the perfect size for me. Especially with the extended battery and slim case I have for it, it's exactly what I want. Some might prefer lighter, but I couldn't be happier. I also like all the obvious stuff about how fast it is and good at multi tasking it can be and blah blah blah. Out of curiosity, do you know which system version you're running?

Yeah. Im running 5.5.886. The one right before the update I suppose. I like the heavier weight of this phone? I came from the Droid X. Eventhough the screen is every same size, bionic is shaped better and fits in my hand perfectly. And what kind of extended bttery do you have? The battery life is horrible

The one Verizon was selling for $25 when the Bionic came out. It changes the shape slightly but not enough to make me love it or hate it. Though if I had to choose I'd say I like it more.

Check with Verizon first. And double check to make sure, cause they might tell you no when it still is going on.

You should get Eclipse 1.1 rom + the "guiding blue light" theme for it. As soon as you install Eclipse, your system will be running on 5.5.893, furthermore that theme for eclipse is sickning (and it provides amazingly low battery usage.) in sure youll like it. Its in the Rom thread, cant miss it.
