just need help flashing maxx back to stock please

I'm having trouble with my memory getting full so I just wanna try and do like a factory reset but maybe flash it back and I wanna keep my root but loose everything else I can always redownload my apps again it just the apps to SD app not work none of them . I'm running 4.1.2 xt912 razr maxx

go into settings/privacy and choose factory data reset, this will erase everything like it was new. after you setup the google account again, go to the market and download super user, update the binaries, and you should have root back.
