Just won an IPad 2 at my company party:icon_ banana:. what can i do with this thing? i dont have any Apple products and not familiar with them either. my phone is Android, and my computer is Windows. any way to integrate into it into my other tech products?

sounds good, im supposedly getting the 64gig, wifi/3g version, which goes for over $800. i do wish it was Galaxy tablet.

i dont have an ebay account, and i wouldnt know how to do it. i wonder if i were to take it to BestBuy, do you think they woulkd allow me to exchange it for a different tablet without a receipt? are they able to tell if it was purchased through them or not?

Don't do that.

Go on Craigslist. Make and account and place an ad. Meet ONLY at public places, and demand cash. Also, get a counterfeit bill pen to make sure the cash is real. You can find those at Walmart or staples, etc. Ask if you cannot.

If the thing is $800 normally, offer $50-100 less to move it quicker.

Then show up at the meet, get the cash and test with pen, and give the iPad away.

Easy as pie.

I would sell it and make profit, then if you want a tablet pickup a Samsung Galaxy Tab or the Asus Transformer.

i already talked to the manager of a local best buy. he said as long as it's still in the box he would exchange it for me. if i get the $829 that theyre website is pricing it at, im gonna exchange it for a laptop for my son and maybe the 7 inch galaxy tab for me. we'll see what hapens friday.

ok i just got back from Bestbuy. boy was that place full. i went to returns to exchange the IPad 2 i won. the lady said i couldnt exchange it without a receipt. i told her i had talked to one of the managers the other night and he said he wouild exchange it for me without the receipt. she went and got a supervisor, who reiterated what first lady had said. i stood my ground and repeated my story, so she went and talked to a manager and they finally relented and gave me store credit for $825. i bought my son a laptop for Xmas and have about $300 left for me. im very satisfied with the whole ordeal :icon_ banana:
