My question is, what build is it based on? Is it froyo kernel 2nd init like CM7 or is it still based on 596?

It is definitely CM based? That is what I was hoping. Plus it makes it easier to switch between CM7, Liquid and now Justice.

Is this ROM out for D2 also?

If it is CM7 based like people are saying and has the theme chooser, the CM7 themes would likely work. They work on SSX and Liquid which are both CM7 based.

Now for a dilemma... I do not have liberty installed, so I do not have access to the toolbox. I do not want to install liberty if the rom is CM7 based, as then I will have to SBF to froyo again before installing it, unless the install is based off the monster.zip, which I hope it is not.

That is good news. Now I need to figure out a way to download it without having to install liberty and go through all that hassle when I am already on a ROM that I can just flash it directly over...
