K9 email

Once I have logged on and connected to my email accts on K9...how do i disconnect from K9?. There is no exit or disconnect .

I just hit the return symbol next to the menu button.

Not sure if this is what your looking for, go to account setting and set polling to never. once you leave k9 it won't check for email until you return and check for mail yourself.

You'll need to clarify what you mean. You gave K9 your account settings so it could retrieve mail. It connects as specified in the polling interval to retrieve email. The app will retrieve email unless you tell it to not do so. These apps aren't typically designed to enable/disable email delivery on a routine basis. They do not maintain persistent connections to your mail server(s).
