Keep main screen wallaper with no right/left shifting

Hey all,

Is there a way to keep the main screen image constant, as opposed to shifting in a right/left fashion whenever you shift pages? The image is always centered on the home screen, but then it moves if you try to go to the adjacent screens.

Can this be changed so there is 1 central image that does not change when moving screens?

-Most third party launchers have this option.
-Nova Launcher is my personal recommendation.
