Keep typing period when pressing space bar

Anyone else having this same problem?

Every time I try to press the space bar when sending out a text message it puts in a period.

So I end up sending a text like this.

For.Instance.On.My.Droid.X

LOL man i do the same thing but when i pay attention im hitting the period key cuz its right next to the space. Also keep in mind if you press space twice it'll put a period in.

I do the same thing. I am really trying to teach myself not to it, but i do it a lot. I did it while typing this.
