Keeps rebooting and won't stop!

Ok so I know many people have had this problem but nothing like mine I will assume. My android X keeps rebooting and will not stop. As soon as it loads it gives me like 20 sec and then shutdown and reboots. I have put liberty on it and everything was fine but here is where it gets tricky. I activated my phone before doing anything else but Verizon gave me the wrong phone numbers so I called and go that fixed and was told to wait 24 hours then activate my phone again. WELL..... I put liberty on my phone and then awhile later as soon as I activated my phone It began its rebooting cycle. I think because it tried to activate and update my phone in liberty and not in factory settings it messed it up? Any opinions or ways to fix this would be very much appreciated!
