I just upgraded to the frozen yogurt rom 1.95.
my question is, should i now be downloading a better kernel? or is the one that came with this rom the one i should be using?

If the developer included a kernel it seems he must feel it is a good option. Have you checked the developers site to see what other kernels he recommends?

Define exactly what you mean by "better". If you mean faster, it all depends on what your specific processor can support.
