Kernel version/build number

I haven't seen anything out there specifically related to this, but I was just curious if someone can answer this for me.

I am rooted and have run droid x bootstrap and backed up. Tried to install a black bar mod and no success. I am assuming, from my understanding, that it failed because I have not deodexed.

Anyway, I started looking at my "about phone" option in settings and this what I am seeing:

System version: 2.3.151.MB810.Verizon.en.US
Android version: 2.2
*Baseband version: BP_C_01.09.07P
*Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-g23d7ba5
w30471@il93Inxdroid08#1
Build number: VZW
*ERI version: 5
*PRL version: 52105

Just curious if someone might take a few minutes to explain the * items to me.

I am not 100% sure, but are you running a leaker version of 2.3 or did you root the ota version of 2.2.

No that system version has nothing to do with the Android version.
I think its related to motoblur.

Baseband= radio software for 3g reception
Kernel= underlying control of the OS
ERI= not sure
PRL= preffered roaming list, helps with tower recognition.

Hope that helps. None of these change when making mods though fyi.

Purchased the phone in oct and my phone had the latest version already installed.
