Lagging on D2

Recently my Droid 2 Global has been running like #$%&. Reboots dont help. Battery pull did nothing. Everything seems to freeze and/ or lag. Apps force closing or simply closing with no warning. Is there a way to "defrag" my phone or any advice to help it run smoother? Any help is appreciated.

In that case, there isn't much you can do. None of the cache app's will work unless you're rooted.
