Lapdock issue

Been using the lapdock for a few weeks. Really like it (stock Bionic). Today I did a reboot on my phone....took out battery and rebooted. Now for the first time, when I use the lapdock, I can't get a full screen. All the other functions work on the phone when clicked. Also the "phone" on the lapdock screen is quite small and the icons usually seen on the bottom of the lapdock aren't there.

Any ideas/suggestions?
