Last.fm vs. Pandora

I've been using Last.fm on my computer and my phone but lately it seems like more of a nuisance than anything else. It skips a lot and often won't even connect. Which one of these apps do you guys think is better in terms of connectivity and relevant selections: Last.fm or Pandora?

Pandora. last.fm certainly has some great benefits, but it doesn't seem as customized. The songs don't seem to be as good. Both are great, however.
