Launcher pro help

For some reason when I change my dock icons in launcher pro th icons change but the shortcuts remain what they were... ie clicking on email icon pits me in contacts. Any ideas?

Do a long hold (about a second) on the icon that you want to change. A menu will pop up asking three options:

Change Shortcut
Change Option
Swype Gesture Action

You will want to change the shortcut. From there, a list will pop up and you will need to follow through the list to the right app.
