LAUNCHER problem

Hey guys question for those running 12.18 I go into an app then I am done hit home my screen freezes for like 3 seconds then goes to home but it takes time for everything to load like no fclose just all I see is the wallpaper then 10 seconds later everything loads so any help is appreciated

Good luck with that. I've been having complete lock-ups at random points in the day. I need to do a battery pull to clear it up... sucks but what can ya do..?

Screen redraws were a problem with some of the earlier builds. If you search you might find some fixes for it.

MIUI has a fix included but here is something you type in terminal for redraw fixes.
Type su and enter.
Then type echo ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1 >> /data/local.prop and enter.
Then reboot.

The thread title says LP/ADW but I'm pretty sure it works on this as well from what I understand.
Credit to Samsonite801 for the fix.

Yes. I included it in my post
But, you never know, it might not be working properly or something.
Running it again might fix an issue you're having, who knows haha
I have no redraw but like I said, hopefully/maybe it will help their issue.
On a side note, I wish MIUI didn't reboot after a screenshot haha

Yup but it didn't work the one main reason for it is widgetlocker I have only had these issue since I installed it does anyone have widgetlocker installed with Widgets on your lockscreen and no launcher problems

EDIT: since I deleted the Widgets off my lockscreen my launcher is all better

I couldn't keep widgetlocker on my phone for the reason you stated, massive redraws. been that way forever.

Ugh.....still crashing left and right! There has to be a reason the launcher keeps crashing, for no apparent reason. Once or twice a day is fine, but every time I want to use my phone it crashes and I have to wait 5 minutes for it to reload! Seriously, this is my only gripe with this ROM, everything else is fine, except the freaking Launcher!

Try clearing data for Google framework, contacts, dialer, Mms through manage application /all

Do you have any blank screens? Someone was having crashing problems due to having blank screens and it stopped when they deleted the extra.
