Well, what do we have here? A render of Motorola's first Intel powered phone running Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0?

PocketNow, got hold of these renders of the unnamed Motorola smartphone, claim it is the first smartphone under the agreement and will debut later this month at MWC in Barcelona.

The device will no doubt be important for both companies. Motorola Mobility has yet to launch an Android Ice Cream Sandwich device and Intel desperately wants to gain share in a mobile market dominated by Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Samsung, Texas Instruments, ARM and others.

Details are still scarce and sketchy on this buttonless device, though their source mentions exceptional camera capabilities including zero-lag and 15 frames per second burst capture.

So what do you guys think?

The hardware sounds great but that rendering looks meh...the razor and bionic are better looking.

Looks alright.. hopefully the real thing looks better. And hopefully Motorola cleans up it's UI and make the icons cleaner looking to fit with ICS.

I actually quite like it. Looks quite nice for blur, which isn't too intrusive in my opinion. I always thought their icons were a little more intuitive and quick to catch on than Sense and the bunch. It's the right blend of "everything" for my taste.

Breakfast beats worrying.

Software looks great, but the hardware.....Motorola has made better looking devices. Why so much bottom space if the device has ICS with the main keys on screen?

can't be, it doesn't have those cut off edges....

If that's what Moto's new UI looks like with ICS it looks pretty good.

I think the final hardware will look different from this render. I'm sure it'll be improved and look much better.

That weather widget looks badass...I WANT IT!

I think it looks nice. Hopefully it will have at least a 720 display... On a screen the size of something like the RAZR qHD is unacceptable.

Oh, and when will they start putting optical zoom on phones... Point and shoots would be all but obsolete. Even a 5X optical would do wonders.

Looks like its a 3G phone, and the weather time and time on the top are off...legit picture?
