We have two different reports of leaks that practically confirm the Droid Incredible 2 will be launched very soon. In fact, one of the "leaks" indicates it will be April 28th specifically. First, from late yesterday we have a sign/billboard showing off the Droid Incredible 2 and confirming what we already reported in the past, that it will be a "world-phone". The second leak came this morning, and it is a screenshot of one of Verizon's internal documents, which plainly shows April 28th as the launch date for the smartphone.
This is pretty cool news, if it turns out to be true. I know many people that were very impressed with the first gen Droid Incredible. This new one sports the same chip in the HTC Thunderbolt and a host of other features as well, like a pre-installed 16GB microSD card and DLNA support that lets you share the Droid Incredible 2's media with other devices wirelessly. According to our pricing map leak report yesterday, this superphone will be available at about $200 bucks at first. Who has been holding out for this one?
