LED Notifications

Does anyone know how I can customize my LED notifications for my X? I have Handsent setup for the texts, but I want to change it for calls. I also need to find out how to disable LED notifications that come with the emails on the stock exchange emails. Any guesses?

gMail notifier for gMail and then there is Blink, Missed Calls and Missed Reminders in the market - I use a combination to cover all of my LED changes...
