Lfa video editor with touch effect similar to video splash on iphone

Any suggestions? I want a app similar in features to Video Splash on iphone. My supervisor show his phone can edit different parts la video such as changing the color of the sky, or chaning the color of object in background of the video. Where can I find such a app for android? Ironically Google search didn't help. ;-)
