LG is bringing a bit of customization out of the box with customizable nav buttons on the G3. The standard nav button layout for the G3 is Back-Home-Recent, but you can change up the layout or change the buttons altogether if you like. You can add buttons for accessing notifications panel, quick memo, qslide, and dual window. You can even change the background color of the nav bar! There are options to make the nav bar transparent, and you can choose which apps to hide it in. To change the settings simply acces settings, display, home touch buttons. I would love to see these kinds of customizations make their way to other devices without root!

The G2 allowed some customization of the nav bar as well. But when my AT&T rep showed me the G3, was even more impressed
I like that about my G2 and yes it seems LG took it to the level I was thinking it needed to go, the ability to pick your own instead of their choices only.

My G2 enjoys his PlayStation navigation bar buttons and L keyboard and heads up notifications. At least the G3 got it right this time with the recents button choosable. I can't believe anyone thought that status bar pull down button was used more then recents.

Edit: The cool tabbed Chrome comes courtesy of using Xposed App Settings to change resolution to 1000x1600.
