It looks like our previous leak regarding the LG G3 LTE-A in South Korea is both confirmed and refuted. LG officially unveiled the device and everything is as we shared in our previous story here. The only difference is that they revealed the device 3 days earlier than our intel suggested. The date we shared was partially correct though. July 25th is when the phone will launch for retail availability.
Here's a refresh of the specs the new "premium" version of the phone will include, a Snapdragon 805 with 3GB RAM and an Adreno 420 GPU. It will also come with a Qualcomm Gobi 9×35 cat 6 LTE-A modem for 225 Mbps downlink capabilities.
LG seems to only be launching this device in South Korea, just as predicted, but we will keep you updated if that changes.
