My LG votex stores pictures on phone memory instead of SD card and uses memory up causing operational problems with messaging, etc. I contacted Verizon. First they had me remove and reinsert battery. That didn't work. Then they took me through procedure to reset phone to original factory settings. That initially solved problem, but was a pain because I lost all pictures, messages and installed apps. I had to rebuild phone. First picture was saved to SD card while tech was on phone. After rebuild phone and take more pictures, problem started all over again. Any suggestions?
