LGB v0.1 to v0.5

How should I go about that? Do I update the kernel then v0.5 or vice versa or SBF to Froyo then v0.5?

There are two v0.5 and one of them says it already has the kernel in it. I chose that one flashed it( I was on v0.1) and just installed it right in top of v0.1 with no factory wipe. It worked for me with no issues so far. I did a backup of V0.1 before installing just in case.

I would but I'm always a little paranoid. I've read where some people don't and are successful and unsuccessful.

To be honest, I'm not sure what I'm actually losing by wiping the cache partition so I do it anyway.
