Liberty 1.5 - No pin screen timer?

I loved how the D2 had a timer for when your phones lock screen would have a pin/pattern/password, so you can set it to only put up the pin screen after 20 min...has that been removed in liberty? or am I just not seeing it?

right now, everytime my phone goes into the lock screen, it'll put the pin screen immediately. thanks

I see this same issue, and cannot find an option for a timer. Anyone find anything different?
