Liberty 2.0 won't install

So I have a rooted Bionic running 5.5.893, Android version 2.3.4. I have been trying to install the Liberty Rom but when it goes to reboot, it just literally reboots back to the phone. Any ideas?

How are you trying to install it? With bootstrap our ROM manager?
