Liberty 3 Notification Switches

I have recently went back to using Liberty after using other ROMS for a while. I thought that I remember being able to change the switches in the Notification Dropdown, but now I cannot find the option. Is this option available (or has it ever been)?

No, Liberty 3 doesn't have that option.
