Liberty is a full rom "based" off the leaks. Its not a theme to be applied over anything.

not to blast my option but i would say its best to keep working on the current build and just wait to the final release of official GB, My Verizon guy said it will happen in July i will believe it when i see it. But there is no point to start over unless the official build is released AKA leaked.

Seems silly to start over on liberty if there are no significant changes in the newest leak
