Liberty Gingerbread Install problems

Ok so i was at 1.5 and I try to install the liberty (full install of gingerbread, not the v06). seems like it installed fine, then it keeps bringing back to the 3.04 bootloader. am i missing something or do i have to sbf back? just wanted to ask before i sbf back.thx
