LIBERTY Test builds

Couple questions....
I'm on LIB GB.9. Can I flash the test builds? I read that you must come from at least .602 and I think I'm on .596.

If not should I sbf to froyo and use the toolbox builds to get to 602 and then flash the new LIB?

I'm also curious if I have the new radio and where that plays into all this.

I would SBF to .602 Linux Cd can be found here Not sure about the radio I flashed to .13P when on MIUI. I found a flashable zip
