Download, Change filename from facebook.zip to facebook.apk, use RootExplorer etc. to move file to system/apps, mount sys, long hold on file & set permissions to match Pic Below:

That is cool looking but I was looking for all black without the yellow and for Facebook Version 1.5.1. There was an all Black Theme for FB ver. 1.5 but it hasnt been updated to version 1.5.1 yet
