Link Picture on Home Screen?

I have the Motorola Droid. Is there anyway to put a link to a picture in my gallery on the desktop? I have a .jpg of my college schedule and of my gf's college schedule - instead of going to the gallery and to the specific folder every time, it would be nice to have a shortcut to the image on the desktop. Is this possible?

If you have Astro, you can put a shortcut to Astro and just choose the photo you want. One click to the image.

Trying to do this too. I play darts, and I scanned a dart Out sheet.

I want to put a icon on my home screen that when I touch it, opens the out sheet in one click.

I simply want a shortcut on my homescreen that instantly opens an image stored on my SD card.

Regarding the previous post...I have astro...and I'm not sure they have any shortcut tools in there, do they?

Granted, I can open astro....search through my folders to find the image...tap it...select which way to open it (Astro image viewer/or Gallery)...

but when I'm at the dart line, mid-throw...I want a one-click solution to open the image.

ANY help would be appreciated.
