This post is in response to THIS post. While it might not be nearly as comprehensive as he wanted, I did pull some stuff together that I thought was nice to have in one place.

Most of the apps listed, I use.
I've not rooted my phone, I can't lend any validity to the posts, but they stay busy!
I use the screen protectors and a case(plan on changing this) from Verizon. The other accessories I have no experience with.
Home++ Is the best replacement app I've found.
And the Android Developers website is massive. I'm trolling my way through it a little bit more every day, very informative.

Any suggestions would be awesome

As I was looking around, I decided I was going to try to update it as I see 'important' or frequently asked questions, so a different thread was better for it, I think.
