List of physical keyboard short cuts?

I found it yesterday but can remember how I got there. I searched the forum and couldn't find reference to it.If you know how to get there or where there is a forum post on it point me in the right direction.

Hi yes what you are looking for I believe is under settings; application settings; quick launch

Yes That was it you can assign your own shortcuts to launch apps.
I was starting to think I had imagined it or just had just drank too much.
