location issue.

I've noticed that unless I keep my GPS on all the time my Note 3 always puts me in Odessa TX. What gives? I don't want to keep my GPS on all the time. Even the weather app that comes with the phone says that, the Walmart app I downloaded put me there too and I'm from moses lake wa.

If you want to use the weather on the Gear it is synced to the weather app that comes on the phone and it won't let you delete the Odessa TX location and unless you have you GPS on it stays there its really annoying anybody else have this issue and did they fix it. Thanks for any help.

i think I did but im not real sure how I did lol it seamed to just fix itself.
